Hermes Agent is a personal automation tool operated and used solely by its owner. It accesses Google account data (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Contacts) strictly to perform tasks the owner directs it to perform on their own behalf — for example, filing the owner's own bank statement email attachments into a local folder, reading the owner's own calendar, or editing the owner's own documents and spreadsheets.
No data is shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third party. All data retrieved via the Google APIs is processed locally on the owner's own machine and is not transmitted to any external service other than the AI model providers the owner has separately configured to power their own assistant, under the owner's own control.
This application is not distributed publicly and has exactly one user: its owner. There is no user registration, no advertising, and no data monetization of any kind.
Access can be revoked at any time via Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
